Customer trainings are available to paid customers. These are available under a variety of models.
- Online trainings : Many Trainings are available on this website, or our Blog (or) on our Developer Zone. We will also attempt to conduct regular webinars to which everyone in the development community is welcome.
For Business customers, trainings will be provided via online / webex, as covered under training agreements to be discussed with the account manager.
- In Person Trainings : Trainings that are needed on the customers location can be organized on premise and is covered under separate training agreements to be discussed with the account manager.
General Community support is available for everyone. We are quite a prompt team and attempt to answer questions as much as possible in public communities viz. Google communities.
All Paid customers will be provided with ticketing system, and support for their software versions, including answers to questions concerning Configs.Cloud product, fixes/ patches.
We also provide consulting services around Generic Configuration Management, not just around this product but as a concept per se. Please contact us for more information on this service.
